Academy Introduction
Our football academy is dedicated to developing positive attitudes and values through football. We believe football is not only a sport or hobby, but also a learning platform where players can build confidence, discipline, focus, and resilience through training and competition.
Here, players do not only learn basic techniques and match performance. They also experience personal growth, learn to face challenges, take responsibility, and respond to both success and failure with a positive mindset. We hope every player can enjoy football while continuously improving their technical ability and unlocking their potential.
At the same time, we place strong emphasis on every detail. Whether it is passing accuracy, the quality of the first touch, decision-making on the pitch, or the execution of each movement, we expect players to approach every detail with focus and intention.
Our goal is to create a training environment that values both technical development and character building, allowing players to keep improving both on and off the pitch and become better versions of themselves.

Coach Lau Yin Hong Alvin currently competes in the Hong Kong Premier League. He previously represented Diocesan Boys' School, winning the Jing Ying Inter-School Football Tournament and being named Tournament MVP. With years of elite youth academy and professional football training experience, he is committed to helping players develop their technique, football intelligence, confidence, and overall match performance through a structured training approach.
劉彥匡教練現役效力港超聯球隊。曾代表拔萃男書院奪得學界精英足球賽冠軍，並獲選賽事 MVP。多年接受高水平青年軍及職業足球訓練，致力透過系統化訓練模式，幫助球員提升技術、足球智慧、自信及整體比賽表現。
Coach Cheung Ching Wan is a current Hong Kong Premier League player who was awarded Man of the Match in the Hong Kong Senior Shield competition. Having developed through Hong Kong's high-level youth and professional football system, he focuses on developing players' technical ability, football intelligence, and overall game performance, helping young players grow both on and off the pitch.
張青雲教練現役效力港超聯球隊，曾於港超聯高級組銀牌賽獲選 Man of the Match。多年接受香港高水平青年軍及職業足球體系訓練，專注培養球員技術、足球意識及比賽能力，致力幫助年輕球員於球場內外全面成長。
